Travel Trends

“How is my trip?” is now in ChatGPT

Reviewed by OpenAI and published in ChatGPT

Since 11 September 2026, Travel Trends is available in the official ChatGPT app catalog as “How is my trip?” (version 1.0.1) — submitted, reviewed, approved and published through OpenAI's official process. The same disruption radar you see on this site, now directly inside your ChatGPT conversations.

What you can ask

  • “@How is my trip? Is my trip to France next week at risk?”
  • “@How is my trip? What travel disruptions are active in Italy right now?”
  • “@How is my trip? Watch my trip to Amsterdam, 10–14 October, then show me exactly what you checked and ruled out.”

What you get

A decision-support brief for a destination and a date window, built from 30+ official live sources — transport operators, meteorological services, public authorities — across the EU-27, Norway and the UK: active events with severity and source, what is monitored and what is not, and the confidence behind the answer. A watched trip accumulates updates only when something materially changes, and “what did you check?” gets a real list of sources, not a shrug. Tourism context comes from Eurostat and INSSE open data. Free, no account.

How to use it

  1. Open the app's page in ChatGPT and press “Install” (in the mobile app: “Try in chat”).
  2. In a conversation, type @How is my trip? followed by your question.

Seven of the eight tools are read-only: they read data already published by the radar and store nothing. The exception is trip watching (watch_trip), which saves the trip you asked to monitor so that later updates can refer to it; you can delete it at any time via the contact page. Individual flights are not tracked — the app covers the rest of the journey, complementing the airline's own notifications.
